At Artistic Homeware, we understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order or requested services under the following conditions:

• Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellations must be requested by contacting our support team at artistichomeware.canada@gmail.com or calling +971 56 922 9735 within the 24-hour window.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your card-issuing bank.

Note: Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed and shipped. After that point, the Return & Refund Policy will apply
